Outlined below is a generalised process description, including the information required, which will be followed in delivering a mezzanine project.
Stage 1:Enquiry
ezzaninefloor.ie will assist you with your enquiry, by answering any questions you may have and leading you through the information required to enable us to send you a detailed quotation. mezzaninefloor.ie provide a Free Site Survey Service.
Typically the following information is required to facilitate quotation:
Are there any cut-outs?
Is there a minimum clear height required under the floor?
Is there a requirement for a particular grid pattern for the support columns?
What is the application for the floor?

Stage 2: Quotation
ezzaninefloor.ie will provide a detailed quotation based on your requirements.
Stage 3: Order
When an order is placed mezzaninefloor.ie assign a dedicated project manager to your contract; this project manager is your point of contact throughout the whole project, from survey to completion.Stage 4: Site
The project manager will visit the site to undertake a detailed site survey to confirm site measurements, conditions and the customer’s site requirements.
At this stage ezzaninefloor.ie would co-ordinate with all parties involved to ensure that all aspects of the installation programme are covered.
Stage 5: Mezzanine Floor Design
ezzaninefloor.ie design the mezzanine floor using up-to-date structural design software and CAD technology. Drawings areproduced of exactly how the finished mezzanine floor will be constructed complete with any ancillaries, such as staircases, hand-railing and cat-ladders.
Stage 6: Approval of Mezzanine Design by Customer
Working drawings are issued to the customer for approval. These drawings must be approved by the customer prior to the floor going to manufacture.
Stage 7: In House Manufacture and Delivery to Site

Stage 8: Mezzanine Installation
mezzaninefloor.ie installation team complete the installation of the mezzanine floor. The Project Manager stays in close touch with customer and installation team to ensure the installation runs smoothly.
Stage 9: Customer Satisfaction
ezzaninefloor.ie completely checks the site and hands over the completed floor to you.
