Stage 2: Quotation will provide a detailed quotation based on your requirements.

Stage 3: Order

When an order is placed assign a dedicated project manager to your contract; this project manager is your point of contact throughout the whole project, from survey to completion.

Stage 4: Site

The project manager will visit the site to undertake a detailed site survey to confirm site measurements, conditions and the customer’s site requirements.
At this stage would co-ordinate with all parties involved to ensure that all aspects of the installation programme are covered.

Stage 5: Mezzanine Floor Design design the mezzanine floor using up-to-date structural design software and CAD technology. Drawings areproduced of exactly how the finished mezzanine floor will be constructed complete with any ancillaries, such as staircases, hand-railing and cat-ladders.

Stage 6: Approval of Mezzanine Design by Customer

Working drawings are issued to the customer for approval. These drawings must be approved by the customer prior to the floor going to manufacture.

Stage 7: In House Manufacture and Delivery to Site is proud of its manufacturing capability, which enables us to ensure the highest levels of quality and installation programme control whilst offering excellent lead times.

Stage 8: Mezzanine Installation installation team complete the installation of the mezzanine floor. The Project Manager stays in close touch with customer and installation team to ensure the installation runs smoothly.

Stage 9: Customer Satisfaction completely checks the site and hands over the completed floor to you.
